Support hours are Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time and right now it is about 2pm on Monday for us.

What is counted as an enrollment

An enrollment is signing up a student onto a course and letting them start.

Our plans have different numbers of included enrollments and different pricing for extra enrollments. Every enrollment you create with a student counts as one enrollment for that month for billing purposes.

Is my information secure?

We treat your information as highly confidential and secure. All access to Enlight is delivered over an SSL connection to prevent man in the middle attacks.

Further, our service is maintained by the industry standard in Operations support through the Ruby on Rails OpsCare service by our partners at reinteractive. This service provides constant monitoring and patching of security alerts.

On top of that, our servers include enterprise-level redundant firewalls, application level security, multi-level intrusion protection and DoS/DDoS protection.

Do you have bulk pricing?


If you would like to upgrade your account to include more than the plans available, we can accomodate you.

To take advantage of this, contact us after signing into the app and we will get in touch with you to setup your account.

Can you help me setup our system?

Of course we can! We can help with answering questions, of if you would prefer, we have a setup service where you provide us with the details and we get your site fully configured and setup for you.

The setup service starts from $500 depending on the size of your organisation.

Do you provide online training?

Yes, we definitely provide training as necessary through our online help portal as well as paid setup help.

If you are not getting questions answered in the help section or through our Getting Started Guides, or just need a little extra help, feel free to contact support. Follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the ? button on the bottom right side of the page.
  • Request online training for the system.
  • One of our support staff with reply to set up a time with you to do the online training.

Other languages?

At this point the system is only available in English.
